The roles below require Educators to work as active team members to provide high quality care and education within a Montessori setting. Whilst Montessori training and experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement as training can be undertaken during your employment.

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
Our Cypress room (3yrs-Kindy) is looking for a qualified ECT - part time
Key Responsibilities:
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Work as a collaborative team member who thrives in a cooperative environment and is comfortable providing leadership when needed
- Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the EYLF, QKLG and Montessori guidelines
- Maintain observations and records of each child's progress
- Uphold a safe, nurturing environment that reflects our philosophy

Lead Educator

- Minimum of Certificate III qualification required
- 5 days, 23 hours per week
- Extension of hours can be negotiated
