The roles below require Educators to work as active team members to provide high quality care and education within a Montessori setting. Whilst Montessori training and experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement as training can be undertaken during your employment.
Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
Our Cypress room (3yrs-kindy) is looking for an ECT!
Key Responsibilities:
- develop strong connections with children
- work collaboratively with your fellow Educators
- develop the curriculum (reflecting EYLF, QKLG and Montessori guidelines)
- proactively reflect on the environment to best meet the needs of the children
- maintain observations and records of individual children's progress
- liaise with families in regard to the day-to-day happenings
- mentor assistant Educators as required
Lead Educator

Diploma Qualified Educator
Our Olive room (15mths-3yrs) is looking for a Diploma Educator!
Key responsibilities:
- develop strong connections with children
- work collaboratively with your fellow Educators
- proactively reflect on the environment to best meet the needs of the children
- liaise with families in regard to the day-to-day happenings
Can be actively working towards qualification but must be enrolled.
Cert III Qualified Educator
Our Laurel room (2yrs-4yrs) is looking for a Cert III Educator!
Key responsibilities:
- develop strong connections with children
- work collaboratively with your fellow Educators
- assist in reflecting on the environment to best meet the needs of the children
- float and cover lunch breaks if required
Can be actively working towards qualification but must be enrolled.
